Has anyone ever counted how many styles of hanfu there are?
I often see the names of different hanfu styles, but it’s hard to remember them clearly.😂😂

💀It should be easier to count a single dynasty if it is a separate one. There are some styles that exist across different periods.

In terms of broad categories, can be divided into Yichang (similar to ruqun,aoqun), Shenyi, and Tongcai (robe). But the distinction to specific words, can be distinguished into different ceremonial occasions, different dynasties, etc., that the number is too much. 🤯

I’ve wondered which hanfu style the costumes in the drama belong to. I can’t find a corresponding reference.

Strictly speaking, it can’t exactly be considered hanfu. This pink set, for example, is more like a composite version of 3 different hanfu style.
