I love Hanfu photos but my hair is not straight enough to style in the traditional manner. The only way it would work was to not force it to be something that it is not. With a regaI headband I was able to honor the clothing and myself.

I also have curly hair and not much of it, and I’m aware how hairstyle plays a big part in any outfit. It’s possible to wear a wig to complete a traditional look, but I also love the modern Hanfu styles that are refreshing and new! Your take is unique and you look wonderful! 😊

Why are all the photos of men wearing Hanfu clothing tall, elegant and powdered down? There are a whole lot of golden, muscular and older men that would look amazing in Hanfu clothing. Does anyone have any photos of these types of men?
