Perhaps the colors are all in the Chinese style, and the fabric of the hanfu in the pic, has a basic pattern.

I would like to help, but you don’ show a lot of the dress, we mostly see the lady’s head ^^ From what i see, it’s a QIxiong Ruqun (you can find a pattern on this website), with a resctangular shawl that serves as a cloak.
