Actually not quite the same, Zhu Yuanzhang of the Ming Dynasty hated the Yuan Dynasty very much. So the clothing of the two dynasties changed a lot.

You’re right—this is a mixed dynasties video! The lady in the blue is styled in Ming Dynasty clothing (half-sleeve ao and a top with pipaxiu, plus mamianqun) and the other two ladies are in Song Dynasty winterwear.
