Where do you find these fabrics? at first glance, they seems like kilting cottons? But it is hard to tell from an image. i fidn it very difficult to find textured fabrics 😉

how wide did you make the pleats? i tried 3''... found it a bit big... I tried it at 1'' and i found it too narrow. O.o
